Оплата разовая — за внедрение целиком, а не абонемент. В плату входят сервер, на котором работает сайт, и работа ИИ-ассистента при обычном потоке обращений — ориентировочно до 2000 сообщений в месяц. Если диалогов станет заметно больше, мы сообщим и пересчитаем плату под реальную нагрузку, не задним числом.În plată intră serverul pe care funcționează site-ul și munca asistentului AI la un flux obișnuit de solicitări — orientativ până la 2000 de mesaje pe lună. • Сборка, показ, правки, запуск.Realizare, prezentare, corecturi, lansare.Build, review, revisions, launch.

Срок считается с момента, когда получены материалы и первый платёж. Если ответы на вопросы по ходу работы задерживаются, срок сдвигается на то же время — мы предупреждаем об этом сразу, а не постфактум.Termenul se calculează din momentul în care am primit materialele și prima plată. Dacă răspunsurile pe parcurs întârzie, termenul se decalează cu același interval — te anunțăm imediat, nu ulterior.The timeline starts when we have received your materials and the first payment. If replies during the work are delayed, the timeline shifts by the same amount — we tell you straight away, not after the fact.

Расчёт в евро, перечислением на счёт компании. Если в переписке не согласовано иное, оплата делится пополам: 50% до начала работ и 50% перед запуском. Ежемесячная плата за ИИ-ассистента вносится вперёд за месяц.Decontarea în euro, prin transfer în contul companiei. Dacă în corespondență nu s-a convenit altfel, plata se împarte în două: 50% înainte de începerea lucrului și 50% înainte de lansare. Plata lunară pentru asistentul AI se achită în avans pentru luna următoare.Settlement in euro, by bank transfer to the company account. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is split in two: 50% before work starts and 50% before launch. The monthly AI assistant fee is paid a month in advance.

Правки касаются согласованного объёма. Новые страницы, языки и разделы, которых не было в договорённости, считаются отдельной работой и оцениваются отдельно.Corecturile se referă la volumul convenit. Paginile, limbile și secțiunile noi, care nu au fost în înțelegere, sunt lucrare separată și se evaluează separat.Revisions apply to the agreed scope. New pages, languages or sections that were not part of the agreement are separate work and are quoted separately.

The domain is registered in your name — we help choose and connect it, but you remain the owner. After full payment you receive the site sources and all rights to the copy and images made for you.

Отказ и возвратRenunțare și restituireCancellation and refunds

Отказаться можно на любом этапе. Если работа ещё не начата, полученная сумма возвращается полностью. Если начата — удерживается стоимость фактически выполненного объёма, остаток возвращается в течение 10 рабочих дней тем же способом, каким платили.Poți renunța în orice etapă. Dacă lucrul încă nu a început, suma primită se restituie integral. Dacă a început — se reține costul volumului efectiv realizat, iar restul se restituie în termen de 10 zile lucrătoare, prin aceeași metodă de plată.You may withdraw at any stage. If work has not started, the amount received is refunded in full. If it has started, the value of the work actually done is retained and the remainder is refunded within 10 business days by the same payment method.

• ИИ-ассистент отвечает на основе данных, которые мы в него заложили, и может ошибаться. Он не заменяет консультацию специалиста, а его ответы не являются офертой.Asistentul AI răspunde pe baza datelor pe care le-am introdus și poate greși. Nu înlocuiește consultația unui specialist, iar răspunsurile lui nu constituie ofertă.The AI assistant answers from the data we gave it and can be wrong. It does not replace professional advice and its answers are not a binding offer.
• Перерывы в работе сторонних сервисов — хостинга, Telegram, Planfix, поставщика ИИ — вне нашего контроля. Мы устраняем последствия, но не отвечаем за сами сбои.Întreruperile serviciilor terțe — găzduire, Telegram, Planfix, furnizorul de AI — sunt în afara controlului nostru. Remediem consecințele, dar nu răspundem pentru defecțiunile în sine.Outages of third-party services — hosting, Telegram, Planfix, the AI provider — are outside our control. We deal with the consequences but are not liable for the outages themselves.
